Dads Do It Best (DDIB) Return Policy

We want you to love your DDIB apparel! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return:

  1. Email heltonnick3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges:

  • We currently offer exchanges only for defective items. Please contact us first to arrange an exchange.
